Laughs loudly. Louder at his own jokes (but is always convinced they’re the funniest).
HR & Payroll
It seems like a lifetime ago that Terry started this adventure. As a co-founder of Classic Impressions, she has seen many things change over the years, including her duties. She is a woman of many talents, looking after HR and payroll as well as helping out with invoicing and accounts receivable. She is proud to consider the employees of Classic as her “Classic Family”. Working with her husband, the General Manager, can be challenging at times…but rewarding. She looks forward to every holiday when she can brighten up the office with her decorative flair (Christmas is her favorite because she gets to hang stockings and wrap gifts for the entire Classic Family – they call her ‘Mrs. Clause’).
Terry enjoys travelling with Barry, knitting, crocheting, card making and spending time with her two adorable grandsons.

Customer Service Manager
Janine has been a member of the Classic Family for as long as she can remember. With both of her parents working at Classic, print and paper was always a popular topic at the dinner table. Officially joining the Classic Team in 2008, she has become much better acquainted with the world she grew up in. In addition to being our Customer Service Manager, Janine designs and implements all of our Direct Mail Campaigns and Classic marketing material. She loves discovering innovative ways to share solutions with our customers, and is always on the hunt for some new inspiration.
After spending some time in the Theatre Program, Janine Graduated from SFU with a BA – majoring in history (she likes the stories). Her interests include anything DIY, traveling, Disney (and all things musical/magical), cooking, and adventuring with her family and friends.
‘Keep moving forward, opening new doors and doing new things, because we’re curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.’ – Walt Disney
Has been told that Pensive face looks a lot like Stink Face. Does not do this on purpose.
Loves cooking and trying out new recipes. Likes to trick husband into eating foods he normally avoids.
Believes even the worst days can be turned around with good food and great music. And margaritas.
Chris is a very proud member of the Classic Family. He started his career in the print industry in 2006, as a press operator for Classic Impressions. He quickly gained valuable hands on knowledge and an appreciation for the world of ink on paper. With his hard work ethic, “can do” attitude, and ambitious nature, Chris soon worked his way into Customer Service. Not long after moving into the office, he decided to go a step further and move into Sales and in 2012 he received the title of Sales Manager. He truly enjoys helping his clients achieve their goals through printed media.
On his time off from work he loves to find events around town and attends them with his friends and family.
‘Work Hard, Play Hard, Live Easy.’
Despite having ZERO coordination and two left feet, if there’s a dance floor with music you won’t find him sitting down!
Did we mention that Chris loves music!? His favorite is mixing genres together to create Mash Ups!
Is addicted to local sales ads on Craigslist. Still undecided on whether his garage is filled with trash or ‘other peoples treasure’.
Lalainia joined our Classic Team early in 2013, after working in the Low Vision & Blindness sector for 18 years (so you can say this beautiful lady knows a thing or two about Customer Service). Lalainia is very excited to take on this new challenge in her life and knows the importance of print and the ability to read.
She is best known for her positive and quirky attitude.
‘Drive Safely!’ – Lalainia, to Barry, every time he leaves. If she happens to be away from her desk, Barry declares proudly to the office ‘I’ll be Driving Safely!’
WARNING: do not feed her too many espressos or she will begin to do her happy dance in front of your office.
